UNITE with Tomorrowland Barcelona
Barcelona is soon going to be the host of the UNITE with Barcelona on the 29th of July. Unite is one of the sub-productions from Tomorrowland making sure that other people from different areas of the world can enjoy the Tomorrowland atmosphere. The event “UNITE with Tomorrowland” has the objective of creating small electronic music festivals that are connected to the big Tomorrowland festival. There is going to be a couple of live DJs but also the live retransmission of the Dj’s on the stages in Belgium.
Barcelona is going to recreate the atmosphere of the «Amicorum Spectaculum», which will be combined with the fairy-tale scenery used by Tomorrowland every year. Blanco y Negro is the record the label that is going to organize the event in Barcelona; they will manage the music but also the special effects of the festival so that it is in recollection with the festival in Belgium.
Line up
The idea is to combine both local and international artists. The international DJs that are going to be present in Barcelona are Afrojack, Yves V, Double Pleasure, and Steve Aoki. The rest of the lineup, for now, are local Djs such as Abel Ramos & Albert Neve, Mass DJ Nano et Hektor. Moreover, thanks to a satellite connection, you will be able to join in with the live concert in Belgium where Armin Van Buuren, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and KSHMR will be performing. However, the lineup is not complete as more DJs name will be added to the list closer to the festival date.

Tomorrowland concept
The festival was born in the Belgian city of Boom in August of 2005. At that time, the festival was nowhere near as globally renowned as today.
The expansion of the festival was strengthened in 2011 when the ticket sale multiplied by 18. The festival was spread over three days and a created a campsite called “Dreamville”. These improvements made the caught the interest of artists, making them want to appear on the poster of the festival. Since then, ticket sales have been rising and this festival is recognized as one of the largest and best in the world.
